Child On Bicycle Hit By Car - Who To Sue?

A child riding a bicycle was struck by a minivan in Greenacres recently.  The newspaper report, linked here, reveals little about any damages.  However, this is a good time to think about who is responsible in such an auto accident.  We do not know the facts of this particular bicycle-minivan crash but if a driver was speeding, operating under the influence of alcohol or negligent somehow, it may be worth consulting an attorney especially if the victim is injured.
